Every body in the body of Christ is a team member in God's team. All of us individually have spiritual gifts and God-given talents to us for the Kingdom of God.
What is ministry?
Simply put it is the act of serving God
using the gifts and talents that He
provided us. Out of love and desire,
not just because we are commanded
to, but because we want to!
Am I qualified to minister?
You must have a good attitude. And
want to serve the Lord your God with
your gifts.
Did you know God can use YOU? And it is a great way to
connect with your peers in the ministry. Yes our ministries at Crossfire
are student-lead!! Given your level of commitment and
responsibility, this means that you, yes YOU, could help with
our ministry and God with your passion, talent, and
ability!

Media Team
People skilled with computers and other electronics can help
make services run smoothly.
Unique Design Team
People who are skilled at and /or enjoy artsy design. This team
keeps the Youth room looking cool.
Construct and Tear down Team
Strong men and women who can help do light construction when
needed.
Drama Team
Actors perform live on stage to help emphasize the message of the
night and the illuminate the Word of God
Video Team
Camera people and stunt/actors record live, funny, and amusing
footage that relates to the Word of God.
Outreach Team
Everyone can help here! Put on a smile and bring a good attitude.
Invite your friends to Youth Group!
Pit Crew/ Cleanup Team
Before and after each event students maintain a clean facility.
Encouragement Team
Birthday cards and thoughtful, encouraging notes are made by
students to show how much the youth group cares for each
person.
Praise Team
Can you play a musical instrument or just love to sing? Here is
your chance to rock out for Jesus!
Website Team
Skilled with computers and love to be online all the time? Help this
site to look its best!
Event Coordinators
help schedule and plan events for the youth outings.
Office Help and other projects
Help organize papers for youth group and any of the other teams.
